Updated FreePBX Payloads

For new 1.7.5.5 installs, the FreePBX payloads for PIAF-Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Purple haven't been updated to the latest modules for the various version of FreePBX. The new payloads also have addressed the reported bug in dialing 10-digit numbers beginning with a 9.
