so i got all this working, i can place calls from Home Assistant (Web Browser access) cant thru the HA app not sure why anyway ... when iptables and or fail2ban are enabled i cant use the HA to place calls which uses WebRTC 8089 ws wss://domain:8089/ws https://domain:8089/ws
- i did try that ./add-ip still didnt work...

how do i program all that into iptables to allow pass thru

i didn't want to use the built in asterisk docker that is connected to HA since i not sure how to configure it by hand so i used outside freepbx/asterisk using https://sourceforge.net/projects/pbxinaflash/files/IncrediblePBX2020 for CentOS 7/

and it works ... so odd i had to try many versions before i got it to work its as if new versions dont use WebRTC anymore, also had issues with letsencrypt on newer ones hmmm

UPDATE i did it after all theses years someone made the tools https://github.com/n-IA-hane

i can now place calls over voip to and from Home Assistant, so each room can have a tablet, old phone, HA device and intercom and place calls, i am also working on turing ESP32 devices into replacing android tablets and phones to do the same with that script if i can.

i also was able to get voip and HA to unlock and lock my door, and if i get voip working over ESP32 ill build a customer door bell with video outside that connects to all HA devices and calls my phone, tablet, pc thru cellular, zoiper, and HA
