URang II - Unable to find IP

Reinstalled PiaF 1.3 on a new box. Installed URang II, followed instruction on the NV site to specify server IP address and password. However, on running URang, get a dialog box saying Cannot find server IP address.

Could IPTables be blocking access ??.

Also, on the new machine, ran update-scripts followed by update-fixes, which reported the latest version of Fail2Ban is already installed. However, when I try to disable Fail2Ban, get a message saying the right version isn't installed (or something to that effect, cant remember the exact wording), what could've caused that?.

OK, got it.

I had put a shortcut to URang in the Windows Start-up folder. there "Start-in" location was not specified in the shortcut details, hence Urang wasn't able to find the urang.dat file!!!
