Urgent Voicemails Do Not Appear in User Portal

Had a customer call saying the phone was showing a MWI, but no voicemails on the Visual Voicemail (I use Aastra handsets with the Aastra XML scripts)

Looking at the User Portal there were no messages, but Asterisk Info showed a voice mail. Listening to the vm box via *98 revealed an urgent message. I assume the XML scripts utilize the User Portal to manage Visual VM

I found a bug report up on the FreePBX site, but no mention of a resolution. (freepbx.org/trac/ticket/5375)

Anyone seen a fix for this?
