Using Obi212 for FXO and FXS

I've been using an Obi110 to provide an FXO and FXS port for years. Now Obihai tells me pretty constantly to replace the unit, so I bought an Obi212, which is the only other device they make with both ports. Attempting to configure the Obi212 with the same settings as the Obi110 ALMOST works, but not quite. The FXS port works fine, but the FXO port is unreliable. Incoming calls sometimes answer, then hang up immediately. Outgoing calls do the same. Has anyone set up an Obi212 to act as an FXO and FXS port successfully? I'm using the Obi110 now with great results, but would love to use the Obi212. Thanks!
