Is there a way to before allowing a caller access to a IVR, to require them to log in with account number and PIN.

Thanks

nope, you'll need to write something to handle this

Hi

I do not think there is too much to write though.

Open /etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.conf

Identify your ivr in there, it will begin with ivr-x where x is the number of the ivr

create this line at the bottom of extensions_custom.conf

[custom-secure-disa]

exten => s,1,Goto(ivr-3,s,1)

where ivr-3 is the line you identified earlier in extesnsions_additional.conf

create a DISA, give it a pin, and in context at the bottom, put in:-

custom-secure-disa

Set the inbound route to point to the DISA

Test it and let us know if it works.
