Very ODD SIP Registation ports & problem

One of my friend's PIAF's is not passing calls correctly.

Notice to strange high port numbers for extensions: 61589, 17077, 42203.

My PIAF, with internal or external IPs, always uses port 5060 for SIP.

Does anyone have ANY idea why it's using these stange ports? It's something on the PIAF box, as I've eliminated anything else. But what, who knows?

The Asterisk status page shows:

But...

But, why in all my working systems, this port always shows 5060? And whenever I see these odd ports, calls do not go through?
