NO JOY vestalink on pbx12 all cirkits are busy message

Hello am using pbx in a flash 12 got sip provider connected am using vestalink when ever I go to make outbound calls I get all cirkits are busy message, am using the simple configuration choice on the pjsip trunk setting is there anything spasific I need to set up? I can get vestalink working using the other opption but was wondering why it isn't working with the pjsip choice?Hank
