Just found this,
it looks like it can be installed on Slackware, or Ubuntu, and just needs Asterisk to speak to.

Really curious if this could be integrated with IncrediblePBX if it is free?

It's a predictive dialer web app for asterisk and mysql.
Possible to integrate in ipbx as long as it overwrites neither data in the mysql tables which ipbx would need, nor asterisk config settings which ipbx is counting on remaining as ipbx set them.
You would have to take a look at it to see what data it persists to mysql in which tables, and the asterisk config settings which it relies on.
Have to avoid causing race condition bugs.
