Vitelity Congestion!!!

All of my vitelity customers have been getting " all circuits busy" congestion errors all week. Anyone else having issue?

I have one DID that is having issues. About 1 in 4 calls will not go through. My other DID's on that trunk are ok though. They say its underlying carrier issue. We may have different issues.
 
Mine too, FYI Vitelity says it is making 'routing changes' but on a per-number basis!?!? lol, I'm in the process of buying another trunk for terminations right now.

Every time I contact Vitelity with a calling issue they say they are changing the routing. Most of that time the change fixes the issue but none of this is proactive. These vendors seem to have too many suppliers and points of failure for my taste plus their own occasional outage. I get the feeling there are premium routes that cost Vitelity more than other routs so until you complain you may be using one of the more circuitous routes.

Does anyone know if someone like Bandwidth . com has a larger network where they own most of the pieces?

I ended up putting in a failover trunk with another provider. Vitelity said all they could do is change routes on individual numbers that are reported to them. This is unacceptable when you cannot dial local numbers from a local DID.
 
I had the same issue on 3 of the clients that I have on Vitelity. It may have effected more, but they didn't call.

I resolved it by rebooting the boxes, causing them to re-register. That seemed to "Fix" it. All 3 boxes were getting busy signals. They could make outbound calls, but no inbound calls via the Vitelity DID.
