Anyone been successful porting numbers to Vitelity within the last eight weeks. I paid the porting fee 7 weeks ago, but they have failed to port a number from Windstream. They also have failed to respond to my open trouble ticket. They just keep closing the ticket. I know they are still in business because I have another DID with them. Windstream claims that it only takes five days to port numbers from them. I don't have a clue what the problem might be.
