Vitelity LNP Problem

Anyone been successful porting numbers to Vitelity within the last eight weeks. I paid the porting fee 7 weeks ago, but they have failed to port a number from Windstream. They also have failed to respond to my open trouble ticket. They just keep closing the ticket. I know they are still in business because I have another DID with them. Windstream claims that it only takes five days to port numbers from them. I don't have a clue what the problem might be.

If you are thinking of porting numbers to Vitelity, proceed with caution.

I've ported many numbers (approx 40+) into Vitelity over the last couple of months. These are numbers from around the country, plus a few toll-free. Some ported quickly, some took about a month, and some failed to port.

But in every case, Vitelity quickly responded to my inquiries.

My LNP experience with Vitelity has been relatively trouble-free...
