Vitelity portal access???

Is anyone else having problems accessing the Vitelity portal?

I get prompted to answer a security question that I don't believe I ever set up.

PBX In A Flash IP Access

The IP Address <my IP address> is not authorized to access this account. To bypass this security check, you must provide the answer to the security question you chose for this account.
If you do not know your security question, please contact 720-2578-5400 for further assistance.

Question:initials of current company
 
it happen to me also ..

the security question is the one that you setup when you sign up for service with vitelity. I am assuming you could call them to verify your account and have then reset that security question to something else.
 
Looks like some security enhancements were put in place too soon. I've never given them (that I can remember) security Q&A's and am one try from being locked out- you'd think I'd remember where I grew up!
 
I remember them asking for questions at one time during one of their upgrades. Mine asked for my question today and it worked just fine when I gave it the correct answer.
 
Call 720-257-5400 and they will reset the account so the next time you try to login, you will be prompted to setup the security question and answer. Took me about 2 minutes.
