Vitelity Responsiveness to support tickets

I've had an open support ticket with Vitelity for 4 days now with no response. Left voicemail to, and call was not returned. Doesn't anyone have a direct phone # or email address for a real person there?
 
I've found Vitelity's support very responsive. They don't always provide the most helpful answers, but they usually respond very quickly.

Are you sending your email through the contact support link in your account portal?
 
I've emailed them directly, called and left messages twice, and opened a trouble ticket - which I've edited 3 times. I'm about ready to move to a different provider.
