Two problems I've noted with Vitelity are:
1) The timestamps shown on the CDR report for calls is one hour behind my TZ (EST), this DESPITE having my TZ set as Eastern in the web portal pref's,
1a) And, the same timestamp problem on Vitelity voicemails as well...
2) Seems on the Vitelity web portal, you can no longer view the "latest" 20 (or was it 40?) calls right there in the web page; one can only d/l a csv file. That was a very convenient tool to have access to. Is there any other way at the web portal to still view calls right in the web portal?
