Voice Mail Custom Prompts

I have a customer that wants a custom dial plan for voice mail that matches an older voice mail system.

Would it be possible to change the key functions in the voice mail to match another system?

Example is changing 7 to delete a message to 4 to delete a message.

Where are the dial plan files located for voice mail?

I think there are all hard coded in the Comedian Mail, and I know of no way of changing them.
