I am having a problem the voicemail and recording option on the pbx in a flash menu. When I go to the voicemail option and select a voicemail to play using the telephone icon i get a message saying The call failed.Perhaps the line was busy. This is on a stock Asterisk 1.6.1.1 with no special dial planes. Any help to the cause would be greatful.
