SOLVED Voicemail - Announce Only?

I'm running Incredible PBX 2021. I've looked and cannot figure out if I can have a voicemail to announce only and hang up, or if there is another way to do it. I seem to remember the PBXIAF i was running i could have a destination for no answer on extentions that you can set an announcement. (but I could be wrong)

Here is the context:

I have a customer IVR, the caller is directed to press #1 to place a takeout order. Customer would like to be able to enable DND for when they are busy that will tell the caller to go to the website and place the order online, or of they do not answer, or they are on the other line instead of call waiting. They do not want customers to think they can leave a message with the order, because it will not get checked.

Can someone point me at what I missing?

You send the call to an Announcement instead of voicemail to play the greeting.
