Voicemail by email

I am running incredable 1.7.5.5 with the silver package. Everything works as of now except the delivery of voicemails. What is the best way debug this?

Log in to your server as root and...

telnet mx1.hotmail.com 25

Do you get a connection? If so, type quit to exit.

If not, your ISP is blocking outbound SMTP traffic. See the Gmail and Comcast sticky threads under Add-Ons for tips.

this is not a fatal error - the 220 is the login banner - the text can be ignored.
