NEED MORE INFO Voicemail hangs up

Hello everyone. I have my phones (Yealinnk T46G) set up on the network with my BeagleBoneBlack running FreePBX 2.11.0.30. My problem is when I go to set up voicemail boxes it hangs up on me at 27secs. Incoming & outgoing calls are unaffected and I don't get any hangups there. Just voicemail. I tried lengthening the silence time to no effect. Looked through the phone too thinking it was hanging up on the PBX due to me not talking or pushing buttons but don't find anything there plus I've tried making noise throughout. Still hangs up on me. Any ideas? Thanks.

27 seconds sounds like a NAT timeout to me, plus or minus a few. Are you connecting to the PBX on the same LAN or is it hosted?

They're on the same LAN. Wouldn't the NAT timeout happen on a phonecall too? I can make calls in or out and talk to other extensions internally an unlimited amount of time. Just get cut off trying to set up voicemail.
