QUESTION VoipTalk.org appears to have stopped working

I have had a perfectly working VoipTalk trunk for years, for no reason, it seems to have just stopped working suddenly - I only noticed today, but could've been down for quite a bit of time. The trunk details are:

I have tried various contexts (hence the ; on some) but didn't fix anything.

I have a Timecondtion that has worked fine for a long time, and still works perfectly for other inbound trunks, including a GoogleVoice inbound number. But calls to the VoipTalk DID just disconnect, and I get the following in CLI:
Any ideas what could've gone wrong?,
