We've been running PiaF at our office for about 4 months and loving it.
However, my manager reports that people are telling him that during conversations he fades in and out occasionally. Being a manager, he just said "I'm fading in and out", leaving troubleshooting difficult to say the least.
We have 6 DIDs through 3 seperate providers, one ZAP (fax using Hylafax and for DISA for my boss to call out through for local calls).
When he calls into the system through one of the DIDs on his cell phone then dials back out using the DISA through another provider, he doesn't usually get it. However, when using Pangolin (or x-Lite) when signed on to the box directly through the internet, he gets the volume fluctuation.
He gets it if he uses the DID providers to dial out OR if we go out through our SiPtoSiS to Skype setup.
Any suggestions what may be happening?
