Is it still best practice to create a swap file on new Centos builds. Also, can you create one after you've installed incrediblepbx?

Adding a swap file gives you a buffer in case of a memory spike. Without the swap file, the OS will kill off processes if the memory is exhausted. Keep in mind though, if you are using enough memory that the swap file is getting used a lot, performance will suffer and you should just get more RAM.
