Can a wake-up call be scheduled to call an outside phone, such as a cell phone?

My recollection is Reminders, yes... Wakeups, no. But I could be mistaken.

Why not?

Just make the cell phone a custom extension, with Local/NXXNXXXXX@from-internal as the dial string.

If from web interface or 'Operator Extension', yes

On webpage is a field that says max dialed digits (or something similar) I believe default is 5 so as not to allow for hacers to do what you are wanting to do -- call outside numbers (especially that cost lots of bread)

I set mine to 13 (I use access codes to force specific trunks)

On web gui just enter the number and put # at end.

If you USE operator extensions (who can schedule WHICH extension gets the wakeup call -- I haven't done it this way yet though) the prompts should tell you when to enter the number.
