Just setup the new MX11 on vbox:
Clock command none existent, time is not being saved. Changed in the desktop and that fixed the time problem.
Problem with fwconsole command running, changed ownership on cron.error to root:asterisk, fixed.
UCP daemon in flames.
fail2ban is not working.

UCP Daemon not needed.
Fail2Ban was not implemented. Not of much use in the VirtualBox environment with TM3 firewall. Easy fix if needed.
