Ward Mundy jumps ship to FreeSwitch

The leader of PiaF has jumped ship and moved on to FreeSwitch. It is documented on his Nerd Vittle's page where he describes Asterisk as a Dinosaur. So sorry to see him go, this is a tragic loss for PBX in a Flash.

Arf Arf, yes... from back in 2008. Was a good and sound posting, and well deserved by Digium. Fortunately Digium seems to have gotten the message as proved by Asterisk 1.8 (although sometimes called into question). Freeswitch was just a glimmer in someone's eye at that time tho.

Not sure what 'tragic' means - will pbxiaf with Asterisk continue to exist?
