Way to get Free PBX 2.3 on fresh install

Is there a way to get Free PBX 2.3 on a fresh install of PIAF? All fresh installs have 2.4 and it is incompatible with my call centric inbound DID script
 
That's odd, If properly coded anything that works with 2.3 should do fine with 2.4. What are the errors
