NEED MORE INFO Wazo incredible PBX image for version 16.08 is not yet availabe

I was trying to do the http://nerdvittles.com/?p=20675
But I 'm getting the "incredible PBX image for version 16.08 is not yet available"
I thought I was installing 17.09, but I guess I download the wrong .iso
The one I downloaded was from
http://mirror.wazo.community/iso/wazo-latest-amd64.iso
I downloaded it on 7/6/2017
what am I doing wrong?

Just installed on Vultr hardware platform, and it worked fine...

What is your hardware platform? Which hardware platform guide did you follow?

Oh sorry, it was the ESXi one. I installed it on our vmware environment to test it out.
It's ESXi version 6.0
VM hardware version 11
I picked Debian 64 for Guest OS.
