Weird Fax Tone

Weird problem.

I have a TDM400P Digium card with two FXO.

I can call and get my IVR with no problem. Hang up and call right back and I hear my IVR, but there is a strange fax tone playing along with the ?IVR. I can hang up and call right back and it does it again. If I wait a few min, I can call back and do not get the tone.

I am not getting this when I call in on my VoicePulse Connect line.

Are you sharing your second POTS line with a fax machine?

Not sharing with fax

No, I am not sharing it with a fax machine. I had this happen on an old install of Asterisk @ home a couple of years ago wth a different card, on a different machine, but it went away when I upgraded my machine to a new version. Never had it with TrixBox.
