weird GV Caller ID issue

if someone calls me with a block CID. for some reason it is passing it on to my cell.

what happens normally is this.

caller calls in on my GV line.
goes to ring group.
follow me kicks in. and calls my cell.
then a certain trunk calls me. (so that it is free via My Favs.s)
so I always get the same Caller ID.

however if someone calls and blocks their caller ID. Then for some reason it is transferring that caller ID, which is showing as blocked, private, etc... straight to my phone.

therefore I am "paying" so to speak for the call it is then not coming in VIA my normal trunk that is used all day long to call me when not in the office.

Any suggestions? This to me seems very puzzling and to not make very much sense.
