What is a good (preferably free) CRM solution that integrates with asterisk?

Preferably one that that will automatically load the callers info on the screen. As well as preferably google maps of location, etc..

asterCRM seems to have been abandoned.

What is better sugarcrm or astercrm?

As far as I know in the OSS environment, there are three good CRM packages.

1. SugarCRM
2. Vtiger
3. OpenERP

None of them are simple to connect to Asterisk either for click to dial or for screen pops.

Some Googling / coding will be required with any one of them.
