Hi.

I am stumped about this Context.

My provider is Voip.ms I have 2 Zap lines. I can set the DID for the ZAP lines. And the extensions ring accordingly to which extension it came from.

Now Voip.ms provided me with the Outgoing Settings for the trunk but nothing for the Incoming Settings.

I can put it on AnyDID/AnyCID to make the one of the extensions ring but this affects by Zap DID settings as all the Zap incoming goes there too.

What do I need to put in USER Context and USER details to make this work?

I have a DID line from Voip.ms I can make outbound calls.

My PIAF is 1.4.

Thanks in advanced for any help.

Hi

in your ZAP config, you need to change the context to from-zaptel, you can then configure DID against your ZAP channels in the "zap channel DID " context.

Then in inbound routes, you route the ZAP lines on the basis of the DID you set in Zap Channel DID module, and your VOIP DID are simply set in the normal way by putting in the DID as delivered by your carrier.
