Where is this elusive passwd-master ?

I am trying to use passwd-master to change all my passwords, as the docs repeatedly tell me to do. I don't have it. I have these:

/usr/local/sbin/passwd-meetme
/usr/local/sbin/passwd-wwwadmin
/usr/local/sbin/passwd-maint

Is it gone? The Newbie page (in the stickies here) still talks about it, as does other documentation.
