Which SIP firmware for 7940G with DND?

I finally got my 7940G programmed with Sip and registering with Piaf
But seem like there are we are unable to program the softkeys. The function we really need is to add DND to the 4th softkey, I read that 8.3 added the DND softkey but after I flashed to 8.3 it isn't there...
Is there any version of the firmware that has this?
