SOLVED While in voicemail can I leave a vm for someone else?

If I dial into a system to check voicemail, while in the vm section, is there a way to leave a voicemail for another extension? I replaced a failed analog system and setup a separate dial-in number for the employees to check their voicemail. They dial in, it asks for their ext and pwd and off to the races. But apparently their old analog system had an option to press some digit and it take them down a path to leave a voicemail for another extension. Apparently this feature worked anytime they where still in the vm module, before they listened to their new messages, after, whatever. They tell me the prompts where "Press 1 to listen to vm, press 2 to leave a vm for someone else, press 3 for ..." and so forth.

Any way to give them this feature?
