My home phone system, IncrediblePBX2020 is hosted on CrownCloud, and is working quite well. Incoming calls are intercepted by an IVR requiring (unknown) callers to "Press 8 to confirm you're not a telemarketer," which effectively stops 99.99% of the Robocallers!
For those friends and family and others who are frequent callers, I've created individual Incoming Routes that reflect their Caller ID. But, now multiple Incoming Routes to accommodate these callers is becoming onerous to manage.
So, how/where can I whitelist these caller's Caller IDs so that the legitimate callers can go straight to the ring group that contains my house phones? A "simple" list would be great, but I don't know where to start.
Help/direction is appreciated.
