Why does Aastra 6757i spontaneously reboot?

The 6757i reboots for no apparent reason. Connected to PBIAF hosted at Lylix, Asterisk 1.4.21.2, FreePbx 2.9.0.9

Any idea how I can figure out what is causing this?

Try a new power supply for the phone.

There was a version of the firmware that would reboot under certain operational conditions...
