Yealink XML phonebook

I have 4 yealink phones and I'm trying to setup the xml file for the remote phone book. I now how to create the xml file but not sure were to place it on the asterisk server and give it the proper chmod & chown so the phones can reach it, on the phone I simply just put the URL of the file location. any help would be appreciated.

Access it at http://serverIP/yealink/filename.xml
