Zapateller tone cut off

I'm finding the Zapateller tone to be cut off. When I route to it for those "special people" the tone is so short its not recognizable.
What used to be the classic 3 tone sound is now the tail end resulting in almost just a beep.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Test Zapateller for me

Can someone using the same versions below test routing a call to Zapateller and see if they get the full tone?
