When dialing into my IVR, while it plays a message, an attempt to dial through to an extension gets the extension 110 always. What's so special about this extension?
I have tried setting relaxdtmf to “yes” in the zapata.conf file.
I have set the rxgain up to 1 then changed it down to -1 hoping to determine if the gain was too low or too high.
I have changed the logger.conf to read:
[full => notice,warning,error,debug,verbose,dtmf]
to capture the DTMF in the log file. The log shows the extension executed is not the one entered.
Nothing has worked for me.
My system is a PBXINAFLASH orgasmatron using the latest files: Asterisk 1.4.21.2, Zaptel 1.4.12.1. It uses 2 TDM400's with 7 pots lines in. The inbound DTMF is from the PSTN and not the gateway provider.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Robert

So no matter what extension you enter it always goes to extension 110? Is that your operator extension by any chance?

So is the "t" option (timeout) in the IVR set to go to extension 110? Which would mean you're likely not getting any DTMF through - and you wouldn't be the first to fight this issue. Getting the right settings for DTMF from various providers is sometimes difficult. If this is for analog cards in your PIAF server, then you probably need some consultation with the card vendor's support.

I do not have a "t" option set. However, contacting Digum is beginning to sound like a great idea.

Thanks, still searching...
