When dialing into my IVR, while it plays a message, an attempt to dial through to an extension gets the extension 110 always. What's so special about this extension?
I have tried setting relaxdtmf to “yes” in the zapata.conf file.
I have set the rxgain up to 1 then changed it down to -1 hoping to determine if the gain was too low or too high.
I have changed the logger.conf to read:
[full => notice,warning,error,debug,verbose,dtmf]
to capture the DTMF in the log file. The log shows the extension executed is not the one entered.
Nothing has worked for me.
My system is a PBXINAFLASH orgasmatron using the latest files: Asterisk 1.4.21.2, Zaptel 1.4.12.1. It uses 2 TDM400's with 7 pots lines in. The inbound DTMF is from the PSTN and not the gateway provider.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Robert
