OK I read through the threads that the search returned for DTMF issues. I tried the different fixes, even the ones that didn't make sense but no luck.
OK here is my issue...
I have a PiaF system, 2 IAX2 trunks, FXO card (on vonage), GXP 2000's and GXP2020.
When I call a clients * system and get to the IVR I can not dial direct to an extension from either model phone on any of the 3 trunks. If I try from my cell I can!
OK... so I was thinking it must be on my end -
Then I called my cell phone VM and the tones prompt fine... Then I tried Digium support # and the prompts work fine for me on their system.
So now I am thinking it is on my clients end. So my client tried from a 2000 and a 2020 from a DIFFERENT * system at another location and he was able to get past the IVR right off.
So now I am not sure if it is on my end or the receiving end.
Anyone have any ideas?
