Hello:
Have been trying to set up Anveo Direct for the past few days but not succeeding.
Using Incredible PBX 12.0.70 on Ubuntu Server 14.04 x 64 DigitalOcean Droplet.
Have only proceeded to point of setting up incoming calls - have not proceeded to outgoing following 'SIPaholics Dream' tutorial.
When I dial the Anveo Direct DID, I get a busy signal.
There are no CDR records.
The asterisk log, for today, is attached.
This part, in particular, confuses me:
[2015-08-21 09:31:55] WARNING[16488] pbx.c: Context 'from-trunk-sip-anveo-5' tries to include nonexistent context 'from-trunk-sip-anveo-5-custom'

Can someone help me to get this to work?
Perhaps it is this instruction:
Step #2: Now access your hardware-based firewall and map incoming UDP port 5060 traffic to the IP address of your PBX in a Flash server. The exact steps vary slightly depending upon the type of router you have. Look for a tab that deals with redirecting Internet traffic through your router to destination IP addresses.
Is there something that I must do to my DigitalOcean droplet?
Thanks,
