Our calls using Fonicatec (pbxiaf) service stopped going out today. We get a recording that says we do not have enough credits.
I have about $30 in the account and we are calling usa long distance which should be pennies a minute.
Tried calling the support number on the fonica website, but received standard Allison voice mail recording. :confused5:

Thanks!
What is the best way to contact 'tech support' for these issues or others should they arise in the future? A generic Allison voice mail greeting can be a bit vague.
(I do have failover providers of course.)

Hi

Unfortunately, you were calling after hours, but we work pretty late anyway.

An email to me is as good as anything. Which number did you try?

Joe

I used the USA number on your main contact webpage, calling during regular hours EST.
Thanks again. Will use email to contact and continue to use fail over voip providers.

Hi

I'll have another look at the after hours (for us in Spain) procedure.

I have to admit that our support time has been so minimal, that I have not really checked everything is as it should be.

I would always recommend having failover providers.

Joe
