Hi,
Would need some help here. I'm helping a non-profit to switch from POTS to VoIP- I've got my own PBX running off-site but I also want to have a fail-over account with Telnyx.
So the plan is to either get a GRP2601/2603 or a GXP1620 and hook that up to:
1. My PBX for main outbound connectivity
2. The phone should register directly to Telnyx for inbound so that incoming calls work even if my PBX is down, and use Telnyx as fail-over outbound
I've been reading docs at Grandstream but cannot figure out if it's possible to accomplish the fail-over from account 1 to 2.
And in general, how do you view Grandstream phones, the one mentioned above? Just light usage.
Or other phones in the same price range?
Thanks all!
