I have been using an IPKALL number for over 3 years now, and, starting yesterday, I am not able to pass DTMF tones correctly on that DID.
The application that I give to this number, since it is free and I do not want to abuse it, is to check my voicemail remotely, so I need to authenticate to my system by sending the correct DTMF tones, but since yesterday DTMF tones are not working at all.
This morning I also performed some testing, and call quality on the IPKALL number I have has gone downhill, to the point where I can only hear 2 out of every 10 words a person is saying. I am assuming that this is the reason why DTMF tones are not being passed correctly, but I wanted to check with someone else in the forum to see if anyone is experiencing this issue.
