Config:
PBX in a flash purple (fresh install 12-17-10) with all the latest google fixes, etc. Followed this:
http://nerdvittles.com/?p=712
DID's etc:
One single google voice account
One single PSTN (AT&T) basic phone service (No LD service)
Hardware:
One Aastra 6739i
One Linksys SPA-3102
Analog phones elsewhere in the house (connected to PSTN)
Request for help:
I recently got inbound and outbound analog calls working via the SPA3102 (with a lot of help here on this forum!)
google calls inbound/outbound go to/from extension 701 and no changes in IVR, etc from the default out of the box setup except for defining a new ring group 779 for "office phones". This is currently working and routes to the default IVR, etc with VM that I have recorded for busy/unavailable, etc.
AT&T calls (analog in/out) are working via the SPA3102 as expected and go to ring group 780 "home lines" > extension 2000, however when a caller calls the DID (AT&T) it rings the extension correctly but never gives a VM prompt (if no answer). It just rings and rings. I would like a seperate IVR for the home lines and have set one up and have tried to change options, etc, but cant figure out how to route to this..
Thanks in advance!
