Well i made the mother of all goof ups, I installed PIAF 1.2 before I read any of the threads and warnings, this was my first install for someone other than us, now we are feeling the brunt of a very unhappy customer. This was my mistake, I should have used 1.1. Ok now that we have the blame placed on the right party (me). should i install 1.1 or can i save this 1.2 install? here is my config and issues:
Hardware:
server = dell 1950
phones = 30 x Aasrta 57i
addons = 7 x 560m
PIAF = 64 bit
I have installed these scripts:
asteridex
weather zip/airport
Ultimate CNAM
Cepstral
mailcall
reminders
my iax/hylafax/avantfax write up
Wards Aastra scripts
Issues: (listed in order of importance)
1) every morning when the customer comes in, the phones are ALL unregistered, they need to reboot the phones every morning.
2) the park and intercom keys randomly stop working
3) the 560m expansion modules randomly stop working
4) voicemail to email not working (the customer uses an exchange server on the same network, this is a first for me, might be i don't know what i am doing)
5) Cepstral voice is to slow or to fast randomly
6) the time on the phones randomly changes
these are the major issues, i will take full responsability for screwing this up, i guess i was to confident, we have had no issues with our server or phones and this customer was pushing me to get them something that was like the cool switch we had. please accept my apologies for being an idiot, any help on these issues is appreciated.
