Excellent service deserves recognition.

I was having intermittent but reproducible dtmf recognition errors on my Rhino R8FXX-EC card with 4 fxo ports. Always happened within the first few seconds of answer where dtmf for my IVR just did not reliably work.

I called Rhino where Trevor spent a great deal of time analyzing the problem. He thought he fixed it once, explained it all to me, but alas, still broken. I called Trevor again and he dug into again with some of his colleagues. In short, they found the issue and fixed it.

As far as I can understand the explanation for the reproducible behavior, the hardware echo cancel on board was over correcting during training due the high impedance of my pstn lines. This washed out my dtmf tones until the on board echo training was happy, thereafter dtmf always worked. They adjusted the driver code for me to increase the driver rx gain and all is good.
Thank you!

I will second that. Trevor helped me out last week with an issue I was having with a R4XO-EC card. This was the first Rhino card I've used, having been hooked on Sangoma for a few years. (Sangoma also has excellent support.) This was a bare-bones installation with a tight budget, and Rhino's price won the day - and I'm happy to report there was no sacrifice in service.

The system went into production last week and is working perfectly. Analog lines are coming in crystal clear.

Yep, Rhino can't be beat

I had an issue caused by high impedance on the CO lines to my R4FXO-EC. Trevor and James figured it out in under an hour and had it fixed by the end of the day. Absolutely awesome support. Can't say enough good about them.

+1

Had to call today due to one-way audio issues on my new (open box) RFXO4-EC. James SSH'd in, installed some (0-day) drivers, reset my gains and explained everything he did after. 10 minutes later and I'm a happy camper with perfect audio quality! Thanks Rhino!

Had to call James Friday due to me being a total noob on pri cards and my "help" I had come out for tech support knew about as much as I did.
He did a FANTASTIC job getting me up and running quick.
+1 for rhino tech suport.
