Rhino r24fxx-ec-003 losing first 2 trunks every 7 days

Hi all
I have searched the forums and have not found my exact problem so I am asking for help here.
I have a new install using a p4 with 80gb hd and 1gb memory running a Rhino r24fxx-ec-003 for pots access. Everything works great except for the last 2 fridays the first 2 trunks stop presenting calls to the pbx. I have put a phone on the lines ahead of the pbx and ringing is fine, calls can be answered via this test phone but the pbx does not see the call on either trunk one or trunk 2. I have to reboot the system for them to start working again. all 6 trunks show under show zap channels even when these first 2 are not working. Outbound calls are not effected and if I busy out these first 2 lines manually ahead of the phone system then the last 4 ring in to their proper destination.
This is a brand new rhino card. This morning my customer reported that they were on line one and heard a pop and the call was gone and then line 1 and 2 would not ring into the system.

Can someone give me some direction on where to go with this? All the contexts are from-zaptel and as I said everything works great until this 7 day drop. It did it last friday and this friday at about the same time.

My gut is that this is a failed card. Doesn't the Rhino have 2-line daughtercards on it?
 
You are correct in that it is 2 lines per daughter card. I am just confused as to why it works for 7 days, quits working, then after reboot, works 7 more days.

I am going to contact rhino on monday to see what they think.

Rhino has great support. I suggest you wait until it fails again, then call Rhino. They can log onto your pbx, with your permission.
 
I have sent their support an email to see what they think. I may have an idea what is wrong already. I checked my sysinfo on this system and the memory is almost 90%. I dont know if this could be the problem or not but it cant help. I am going to change out this box next week with a new intel atom 330 with 1gb of memory.
This will atleast eliminate the pc as being the weak link.

Linux boxes typically report high memory usage, so doubt this is it. Email is not useful for this situation, they need to log into your machine. When I have called for support, I am connected fairly quickly and service is excellent. They can run tests and check out your card in ways most of us cannot.
 
what about moving the daughter card to the last position and see if the failed 2 lines when it happens follows to your last 2 lines. Then you know it is the daughter card instead of the host card.....
