I have searched the forums and have not found my exact problem so I am asking for help here.
I have a new install using a p4 with 80gb hd and 1gb memory running a Rhino r24fxx-ec-003 for pots access. Everything works great except for the last 2 fridays the first 2 trunks stop presenting calls to the pbx. I have put a phone on the lines ahead of the pbx and ringing is fine, calls can be answered via this test phone but the pbx does not see the call on either trunk one or trunk 2. I have to reboot the system for them to start working again. all 6 trunks show under show zap channels even when these first 2 are not working. Outbound calls are not effected and if I busy out these first 2 lines manually ahead of the phone system then the last 4 ring in to their proper destination.
This is a brand new rhino card. This morning my customer reported that they were on line one and heard a pop and the call was gone and then line 1 and 2 would not ring into the system.
Can someone give me some direction on where to go with this? All the contexts are from-zaptel and as I said everything works great until this 7 day drop. It did it last friday and this friday at about the same time.
